Mirror Park Lake Map – Pirate Ship, Fishing Pier & Grill Kiosks for FiveM

The Mirror Park Lake Map rebuilds the park around Mirror Park lake for FiveM as one map resource. The greenery around the water is redone, a pirate ship lies anchored in the middle of the lake with a jetty out to it from the island, and the shore gets a fishing pier, six kiosks, fire pits and lamps along the paths.

What's inside

• Park and lakeside – 1,438 props around the lake: trees, palms, bushes, grass, ferns, fences, poles, signs, rocks and rowboats
• Pirate ship – a 28 m ship anchored in the lake with decks you can walk (open deck, forecastle, quarterdeck with two ladders), a cabin lit at night with two doors that swing, and a hold with cannons at the gun ports
• Jetty and gangplank – a wooden jetty runs from the island out to a gangplank through a gap cut in the ship's port rail, so players can board on foot
• Fishing pier – a 28.5 m pier on the east shore: ramp, railed walkway, open head, bench, lamp post and a signed entrance arch, with a lantern on every rail post
• Six kiosks – five grill booths and one bait-and-tackle booth, each with serving windows on both long sides, an awning, a counter, a grill and LED strips inside
• ATMs – three machines on the kiosk walls, using Rockstar's own prop_atm_02 and prop_atm_03 models so ATM scripts that go by model pick them up
• Night lighting – three fire pits with real flames and chairs you can sit on, ten lanterns along the dark stretches of path, and lights on the pier, the kiosks and the ship

Good to know

• It is a map only: no scripts are included. The pier, kiosks and ship are there for your own fishing, shop or business scripts.
• Everything streams from within 200 m and is split into small cells so it loads in pieces rather than in one hitch: grass from 80 m, bushes from 120 m, everything else from 200 m.
• The lake in Mirror Park is not GTA water but a collision surface at Z 55.30, so a fishing script that uses TestProbeAgainstWater needs a ray-cast fallback.
• Rain and outdoor light reach the inside of the kiosk booths, because they are props rather than interiors.
• It places props in and around Mirror Park, so remove any other Mirror Park map before you start it.
• The resource is about 4 MB.

Credits

The park layout is based on v4ever Mirror Park Update by MakingWorlds, reworked and optimised by Goodara. The pirate ship is Stylized Pirate Ship by Maksim Batyrev, used under CC BY 4.0 and modified. The pier, kiosks, lamps, fire pits and jetty are Goodara's own work. A CREDITS file ships with the download.

Compatibility & install

A streamed map resource with no framework dependency: it runs on QBCore, ESX and standalone FiveM servers. Unzip, drop the folder into resources and add ensure goodara_mirrorpark to your server.cfg, then restart the server. The download includes a README with the same steps.
