How do I receive my order after paying?

Delivery is instant and digital. The moment your payment clears you get an on-screen download link plus an email with the file, and the order is saved to your Goodara account so you can re-download it any time. There's nothing to ship and no waiting.

Are the cars debadged or lore-friendly?

Most of our vehicles are debadged, so they carry no real-world manufacturer badges. Only the cars in our Lore-Friendly Certified collection are lore-friendly: they are not just debadged but also renamed with GTA V-style names. Each product page shows whether a car is debadged or lore-friendly certified.

Which real car does a lore-friendly name stand in for?

The product title says so: the Obey Argento, for example, is listed as a lore-friendly Audi RS7 Sportback alternative, and the Ubermacht R3M as a BMW M3 (G80) alternative. Our guide to GTA lore car names and their real-life equivalents lists every pairing in one table, grouped by make.

Which frameworks do your resources work with?

Our add-on cars, packs and engine sounds are framework-agnostic — they work on QBCore, Qbox, ESX and standalone FiveM servers. Vehicles are add-on resources you drop into your server and add to your resource config. To sell a car in-game you then add its spawn name to your framework's vehicle list.

Are the police and EMS vehicles ELS or non-ELS?

They are non-ELS. The lights and sirens use the game's own siren system, so there is no separate lighting resource to install and nothing for players to set up. Drop the vehicle in, ensure it and add its spawn name to your police or ambulance job.

How do the engine sounds work? Do I have to edit my cars?

Each engine sound is a standalone resource with one name. Start the resource, then set that name as the audioNameHash in the vehicles.meta of any car that should use it, or enter it in an engine-swap script. One sound can be shared by as many cars as you like.

How do I install a FiveM car or car pack?

Unzip the download, drop the resource folder into your server's resources directory, add it with ensure in your server.cfg, and restart. Each pack includes the spawn names, and our step-by-step guide on the Goodara blog walks through it in detail.

How do I spawn a vehicle in-game?

Every vehicle has a unique spawn name shown on its product page (and in the included readme). Use your server's vehicle spawn command with that name, or add it to a dealership/garage script.

Will I get updates, and how long do I keep access?

Yes — purchases include lifetime updates and lifetime re-downloads from your account. When a model is improved or patched for a new FiveM/game build, you can grab the latest version at no extra cost.

Can I use these on a monetized or community server?

Yes. A purchase grants you a license to use the resource on your own FiveM server, including community and donation-supported servers. You may not resell, redistribute or leak the files. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.

Do you offer refunds?

Because every product is an instant digital download, refunds are limited — once a file has been delivered it can't be "returned." If something is broken or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Are the vehicles optimized for server performance?

Yes. Models are built and tuned to be FPS-friendly with sensible poly counts, working dials and clean handling, so they look good without tanking your server's performance on busy lobbies.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.

Do you have a referral or affiliate program?

Yes. Every Goodara account has a referral link in the account page. When someone opens it and buys within 30 days, you get 20% of their order as store credit, spendable on any car, pack or sound in the store. Credit becomes available 14 days after the order (the refund window) and is taken off your next checkout automatically. It is store credit only, not cash, and your own purchases don't count. VIP members earn 30% instead.

I need help — how do I reach support?

You get lifetime support. Reach us through the contact page or our Discord and we'll help with installation, spawn names, or any issue with your download.
