All products sold on Goodara are digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. Because access is granted immediately and downloads cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.

When you may be eligible

We will review refund requests within 14 days of purchase in cases where:

• The file is corrupted or fails to download and we cannot resolve it.
• The product is materially not as described on its product page.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

What is not eligible

• Change of mind after the files have been downloaded.
• Lack of compatibility you did not verify before purchase.
• Issues caused by third-party frameworks, scripts, or server setup.
