By using Goodara and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

License

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your own servers. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files publicly.

Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, leak, or sublicense any files.
• Do not claim our products as your own work.
• Do not use the products for unlawful purposes.

Referral program

Every account has a referral link. When a new visitor opens it and pays for an order within 30 days, 20% of that order's total is credited to the referrer as store credit, spendable on any product at checkout. Credit becomes available 14 days after the referred order, is not transferable, is not redeemable for cash and is reversed if the referred order is refunded or charged back. Orders placed by the referrer, from their own accounts or email addresses, do not earn credit. Spamming, misleading promotion, bidding on our brand name in paid search, or any attempt to generate credit through fraudulent orders leads to the credit being voided and the account closed. We may change or end the program at any time; credit already available stays spendable.
