Cancellation Policy

Because digital products are delivered instantly, an order generally cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed.

Before download

If you have not yet downloaded the files, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund the order where technically feasible.

Subscriptions

If you hold a recurring membership, you can cancel renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period remains active until it ends.
