Yes. They are standard FiveM add-on resources that work on QBCore, ESX and standalone servers. Add each vehicle's spawn name to your police or EMS job garage to give it to on-duty players.
How do I install police cars on my FiveM server?
Drop the resource folder into your server's resources directory, add ensure with the resource name to server.cfg and restart. The spawn name for each unit is listed on its product page.
Are there lore-friendly police cars?
Yes. Units such as the Bravado Buffalo S Police, Declasse Granger Sheriff Police and Vapid Scout Police are debadged and renamed with GTA V-style names. The lore-friendly police & EMS collection groups all of them.
