How to Add a Tow Truck Job to Your FiveM Server

The tow truck job is an underrated workhorse. It clears abandoned vehicles, supports the mechanic and impound loop, and gives newer players an easy, legitimate way to make money. Here's how to set it up.

What the job involves

  • Accept tow requests or find vehicles to recover.
  • Hook and haul them to a drop-off or impound.
  • Get paid per job — a steady starter income.

1. Get a tow script

Choose a towing resource with proper hook/flatbed mechanics. Premium options from our partner Glory Scripts include polished attach/detach logic that makes towing feel real.

2. Set up the job

Register it as a job (see our custom job guide), decide if it's open or whitelisted, and place a depot where workers clock in and grab a truck.

3. Provide the right vehicles

Towing needs flatbeds and wreckers. Equip the job from our utility vehicles — and browse our partner Five Garage for more options.

4. Connect it to impound

The job is most useful when it feeds your impound system — recovered cars go to the lot, and owners pay to get them back. That closes the loop with your garage system.

A working tow job is the kind of small, reliable role that quietly makes a roleplay economy feel complete.
