Frequently asked questions
How do I install a custom Vinewood sign on my FiveM server?
Unzip the download into your server's resources folder and add ensure <your folder name> to server.cfg, then restart. The resource replaces the Vinewood sign with yours. No scripts, no framework needed.
Does it remove the original Vinewood letters?
Yes. The resource removes Rockstar's Vinewood letters, their distant versions and their collision, and puts your sign on the same hillside.
Can players walk on it or crash into it?
Yes. The letters, the logo and the steel frame are solid, so players and vehicles collide with them. At night the fronts glow, with optional lights washing the hill.
Which frameworks does it work with?
Any: QBCore, Qbox, ESX, vRP and standalone servers. It only streams map files, so it does not depend on a framework.
Will it clash with other map mods?
Only with mods that replace the same hill, usually another Vinewood sign mod. Run one sign at a time. Most MLOs and map packs elsewhere are not affected.
How much does a sign cost?
Designing and the 3D preview are free. Downloading a sign as a FiveM resource costs $10 per design, paid once, and you can re-download it from your account at any time.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG with a transparent background (or any image you have the rights to); it stands next to the words and glows at night like the letters.
